Our tooth enamel can be greatly affected by what we eat and drink. When we eat foods with acidic content, it can damage the enamel. The same goes for drinking acidic beverages like soda.
I know it sounds like no fun for anybody, but the key is moderation. What I mean by that is if you are a soda drinker or enjoy acidic fruits and other foods, just don't overdo it. Also, when you are ingesting those things, it's important to brush your teeth as soon as possible afterward.
